Return & Refund policy


Should you wish to return an item purchased on the online store, please contact us at hello@wraparound.me within 7 DAYS of receiving your order. In the email please specify why it is you are returning the item and we will handle the return accordingly.
It is appreciated to further assist the process by providing photos.
Please send clear pictures of the item(s) you purchased, both inside and outside.

Apparel

If the garment arrives damaged or is incorrect: You have the option to return it and exchange it for a replacement, or we can issue you a credit note that will be valid online, or in-store - for up to 6 months, or a full refund. We will cover the courier costs of returning garments that arrive damaged or that are incorrect, and the garment must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Please note that we will inspect the returned items when they arrive and should we find them in unsuitable condition to be returned, it will be sent back to you.

All returned garments must be in ideal condition for resale; unwashed, unmarked, unworn, and with the labels and tags still attached.

We cannot accept damaged, marked, or laundered items.

Sale items: Regrettably, we do not offer returns on sale items.

All Other Items

If the item arrives damaged or is incorrect: You have the option to return it and exchange it for a replacement, or we can issue you a credit note that will be valid online, or instore for up to 6 months. We will cover the courier cost of returning incorrect items or those that are damaged, and the item must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

If the item is not what you want: You can exchange it for something else on our online store, or we can issue a credit note to the same value. The courier fee for a return, in this case, is for your own account, and the item must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
